When I complained about my last haircut not being blended in on one side in the back, my money was returned and I was told that she did not have the skill required to cut my hair!!! I had it fixed this morning in 10 minutes by a capable hairdresser who only wanted 1/5th of what Zanadu charges. Needless to say I gave her the full amount that I was charged at Zanadu. My thanks to Zanadu for refusing to fix the problem now I go to a gal who knows how to cut hair.
