Terrible. My mother paid $100 more than the estimate to replace a hard drive, and the computer still did not work when we got it home. We took it back and were told they’d look at it that day. The next day, they still had not looked at it. Now they will not answer our calls, and their voicemail boxes are all full. No one us there when we go to the shop.We are now contacting a lawyer. My mother works from home and needs her computer!

I stressed to them I needed my laptop when I brought it in one week. and half ago they assured me it would be ready.sense Wednesday they have not responded nor been at the place of business. Stressed to them work computer and flying out of country on Sunday

The work, when completed, is well done. They know their business, but they NEVER respond to phone calls, texts or emails, so what is the point? Very unhappy after they promised an important install and have never heard anything despite repeated calls, etc. Gonna find someone else.
