“I've now had 2 different services completed by this company. The first service was a chimney sweep on my fireplace. Stanley, the owner, was very receptive to my concerns, and pointed out things concerning my chimney. The chimney sweep lasted about 6 hrs (hadn't ever been cleaned since the house was built). He was thorough, he documented pictures, and explained how my chimney needed updating meaning, it was not up to code.<br><br>The second service I had done with this company was an air duct cleaning. My children and I moved into this house 3 years ago, and since have noticed an altering decline in my 6 year olds respiratory well-being. Stanley suggested the air duct cleaning, (all 3 floors), based on his observation that it had probably never been done since the home was built.<br><br>While cleaning the ducts, he noticed there was an area that the ducts were filled with insulation, more than likely causing an irritation in my sons respiratory function.<br><br>As a mother, I cannot express what this discovery means to me.
