From the moment that Cole came to the house to discuss what was needed - to the estimate process, to the work done by Mike and Mason - it was all smooth and professional. An estimate was provided by Cole, who explained the entire replacement process without pressure. I was able to choose the color of shingles, then given time to study the estimate before accepting. There was no pressure, and a total willingness to answer my questions. After the work was complete, they came back to check the work and see if I was satisfied. They even came back and caulked the interior corners to correct some minor shifting (it's an OLD house). I was very happy. Then, I had the garage gutter cleaned out and had metal gutter guards installed. Josiah came to do that job and very quickly had it finished. He also sent me photos throughout the process so I could see it from start to the final installation. “I've now had 2 different services completed by this company. The first service was a chimney sweep on my fireplace. Stanley, the owner, was very receptive to my concerns, and pointed out things concerning my chimney. The chimney sweep lasted about 6 hrs (hadn't ever been cleaned since the house was built). He was thorough, he documented pictures, and explained how my chimney needed updating meaning, it was not up to code.

The second service I had done with this company was an air duct cleaning. My children and I moved into this house 3 years ago, and since have noticed an altering decline in my 6 year olds respiratory well-being. Stanley suggested the air duct cleaning, (all 3 floors), based on his observation that it had probably never been done since the home was built.

While cleaning the ducts, he noticed there was an area that the ducts were filled with insulation, more than likely causing an irritation in my sons respiratory function.

As a mother, I cannot express what this discovery means to me. I value this man and his company more than words can express.
