Phaedra is the best hair stylist in Terre Haute. Her ability to make my hair look exactly as I want is impressive. She is very professional in her skill and I will never go anywhere else. She charges less that a third of where I previously went and I have a better haircut. She is able to duplicate any one else who has given me a haircut but so much better.??
