The technician Kevin was very friendly and helpful. He used his shoe covers when doing the in- house inspection. I appreciated his explanations concerning what he was checking in my aging AC system. He did my fall heating inspection as well. I have used Northern since 2017 and have been satisfied with their customer services all around.!
They did not complete the work in a professional manner. After spending $15,000 you would think they would give you an air filter for your brand. New system just installed. The state they do not replace air filters for the install new systems. The technicians were so proud of themselves being done in two days but they left for work and complete. I do not recommend this contractor. I have talked to their management to see if they would make it right and they have declined. So again, I cannot give them a good recommendation.
We had a very good man here to service our air conditioner and answer all our questions. We will be happy to have him back.
