I booked appointment for haircut with Tracy but she was not there and they didn’t even inform me that she was not there. I was told that it would be late. And the time for the delay was 52mins!!!!
I am not satisfied. I had to cut my hair today as I have plans tomorrow.

The stylist Abby done a amazing job on my hair.. she was very friendly, respectful and nice.. she worked me in and done what I wanted done instead of talking me out of doing it.. it was very affordable and done in a timely manner.. would highly recommend her to anyone that ask because she is amazing at what she does..Services: Balayage

I was so nervous going into the salon as I haven't been to one in a decade but I was not disappointed. I was reassured that I was in good hands by the senior designer and color specialist Abby. We got along so well I didn't even need to be on my phone to pass the time but instead we had great conversation. She is not only super sweet of a person but did an amazing job on my natural blonde balayage and I couldn't be more happy with the results! I will be going to her from now on for all future touch ups!
