One great policy they have: if the fix doesn't work, you don't pay for labor. Recently, I had a laptop go bad and we tried a couple of fixes and it just wouldn't work. Motherboard fried. They only charged me for the $20 part and even pulled out the hard drive for me. For free. Thanks“
