“I called rogers when I had a drain in my bathroom bust. Brian Wright came out quickly with a plumber to do an inspection then he was able to work with our insurance to get things going.They ripped up flooring in my bathroom, dining room, living room and hallway. They tore out the walls down to the studs in the bathroom. They were efficient.When it came time for the remodel the plumber (Derrick), Rick Gibson, Chris Rust, Brenda Gibson and American electric did a wonderful job.Before and after work was done Brian Wright was able to walk me through everything. “I was very impressed with their service. After reading mixed reviews I was skeptical. They got to my home 30 mins earlier than they we're going to which was wonderful because my husband was waiting on them to come. When we moved in the people before us had multiple animals and when they moved out they cleaned the carpets an shut the windows up without any utilities in the middle of august. You can imagine the smell. We cleaned the carpets again but time after time every spring when our windows are open the stench is disturbing. So we finally decided to see if they could be professionally cleaned as we'd tried several times in the past with our own and to my suprise they look amazing. They look up SEVERAL dark urine spots we thought would never come up. The floor looks brand new and feels so much softer. We'll see after it fully dries if the smell is gone as well, but we are very pleased with how our carpets turned out and the service we got“
