AWESOME, FRIENDLY SERVICE! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO ROSS OPTOMETRY FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS & HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE. THEY HAVE A NICE SELECTION OF FRAMES & ARE ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I agree with Theresa. Ossip Optometry, which Ross Optometry is a partner/franchise, has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in town. They are all about pushing Ossip brands and up selling and up charging the customer. Pushing their vitamins and lack of listening to the client is disheartening.I am no longer a patient due to their inability to listen to their patients and abysmal attributes in how they bill and process insurance.
