Our Tech, Tim, is the absolute best Technician. He educates and advises, is always on time and listens to our concerns as the year goes on and sometimes Priorities change with the weather. Pleasant, kind and knowledgeable and brings a level of customer service rarely seen anymore. We are totally worry free thanks to the Service Action Control provides and the excellent customer service we receive.Services: Termite inspection

I had Ed come down to check out our apartment. While our landlord went a different avenue , my girlfriend and myself were very impressed with Ed's professionalism and knowledge of his products and the treatment involved. I would most certainly use Action again and request Ed. He is an asset to your team .

Carla was more than amazing on the phone. I was completely embarrassed, and she reassured me that everything would be fine. My appoint is for Tuesday and I can not wait. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!! Also carla needs a raise she's awesome!!
