“She was very rushed & didn’t see to want to take the time to take my sons pictures. She came off very annoyed he wanted to be a kid & she didn’t want to follow him around. Coming in with the smart remark about why she usually does under two in studio & then pictures of other children (younger than two I know) aren’t in studio. On top of that she couldn’t remember I paid for the pictures before hand & asked how I would pay for it in the end (which everyone forgets & makes mistakes)
