ALD was helpful both before, during and after the diagnostic visit to evaluate our pool for leaks. In phone calls prior to his visit, Caleb reviewed the primary indicators of a leaking pool as we looked to trouble shoot the source of a myriad of pool issues this season. During his visit, he worked methodically to complete a thorough and focused examination to locate the leak. Post-visit he was generously responsive offering guidance troubleshooting other issues as well. He promptly followed up to make sure those issues had been resolved as well.
