Just want to say a huge thank you to Truesdals Heating and Cooling. My furnace has been out for several weeks (I didn’t know this, and had space heaters running). I got Peterman brothers to come out and look at it and the said the pilot was out and quoted me on 3 options (11K, 14K and 19K). Being a first time home owner, I didn’t know the difference so thought I had to replace it and got the 14K one. After researching and asking around I reached out to Truesdales and they sent a technician out the same day and repaired my furnace and gave me a far more reasonable quote. Not to bash Peterman brothers, but to not provide a repair as an option when it was a quick fix and instead, let someone go without heat in the winter months has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I know buisinesses sell to make a profit, but letting someone be cold to make a dollar shouldn’t be okay no matter how big your company is. This was a learning experience, but definitely very grateful for Truesdales. #shoplocal #Truesdales
