They completed all encapsulation items as described in the plan we agreed on. Sheeting does NOT cover the sil plate to allow for termite inspection; (of which our termite inspector praised highly); sheeting is 10 mil thick and sealed with the white tape (tape from Canada and it’s not duct tape) and pressed on to the sheeting.
