And I love that she’s always so excited to do my hair, I’ve asked other hair stylists (at different salons) to do crazy colors and they always seemed annoyed when I asked and I don’t want someone with that kind of energy to do my hair. She was on time, a pleasure to talk with for an hour, personable, and Calm Lash Lounge was just that - calm, comfortable, and clean. By the end of an hour, I definitely felt like I had pampered myself. Recliner chair was very comfortable. And her prices are very reasonable. I plan to return for other services! Her spray tans are personalized so you get the perfect color and contouring. Her tans look natural, never that cringey orange color that some other places give. She walks you through every step from preparation, the spray session and after care to maximize your tan and experience. She asked if I was preparing for a specific event and took that into consideration. We talked throughout the process and it felt like hanging out with a friend. She is so kind and I cannot recommend her enough!“

“I suffer from thinning hair, but Hannah took care of me and made me as gorgeous as can be. She asked what I had in mind and gave some helpful suggestions without pressuring me. After the cut she also offered product and again, no pressure. I like that. The price was super reasonable, so tip big people. The online scheduling was super easy and you get a lot of reminders, so you can't possibly forget your appointment. This salon is located in a building with a collection of tiny beauty shops and such, which confused me a bit at my first visit. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.“

Having dealt with body image issues and the anxiety of getting waxed as a male, I had been curious about waxing but never made the plunge. I'm so glad I found Sonya because my experience was no where near as painful/intimidating/awkward as I had feared. She was nothing but professional and a joy to carry a conversation with, and she talked me through the process and what to expect.
One last note, fellas, if mangrooming is your jam, razoring or using clippers (e.g., manscaper), you will not beat a professional set of hands who removes the hair from the root. Seriously, I'm surprised how smooth I feel. 10/10“
