I LOVE the Speedway studio. I have had all great instructors and I have met wonderful people here. I highly recommend Sculpt Yoga with Lisa and the Vinyasa classes with Charlie or Mark. It is a true joy to be part of this yoga community, especially since I started doing yoga back in March this year. Mom loves the over conversations and personality. Lol and the owner emphasizes a lot that she’s from the south and she wants to sprinkle a little southern hospitality in every home.

I started doing at home hair cuts because the pervious place I went completely diminished my self confidence non-stop talking about how bad my hair was & never wanted to go back but Tammy does not come to play! She was so friendly, open & did absolutely amazing mind you she was working with dry, previously bleached, dyed & choppy hair, she did what she could & SERVED!!! I got so many compliments at work today & it feels so much better ? my hair always grew out wonky so it was very uneven with some pieces being super short but she blended, textured & evened it out like the hair goddess she is!! She also did my eyebrows which i’m very picky about but she knew exactly what she was doing. The atmosphere was beautiful & so was her work! Will always be back for Tammy :)
