It is a small and intimate space, which is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned practitioners alike. There is a very laid back atmosphere that creates a wonderful sense of community among the instructors and the students. They offer a wide range of classes and workshops at reasonable prices, especially for your first three classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable about yogic philosophy and history as well as anatomy and physiology. They know exactly how to cue you into a pose and how to use a certain prop or modification if you are dealing with an injury or are having a rough day. Each instructor has their own style, which allows you to learn about a variety of different types of yoga. I love everything about Dhan!“
