Wonderful! They take excellent care of our dog and has great patience with her. She has to be sedated in order to be able to get groomed because she is so scared and they're always so kind and patient with her.
Every time I go in you can tell that they care about their clients. I've been going to them for years and I will keep going to them for as long as I live in the Michiana area. One of my cats was sickly as a kitten and there were several times that I had to rush her in. They took her in each time and now she is a fat and sassy little girl. She's quite healthy and such a lover. My oldest has hyperthyroidism and they took care to make sure she got the correct dose. I'm happy to say she is back to full health and her numbers are where they should be.
Everyone is friendly & caring at Western Veterinary Clinic. They treat your pet as if it were their own. The front desk ladies are great during check-in & checkout. The vet tech & vet take time asking about your pet during the exam & give helpful advice.
