Just had a massage at AB Reflexology and Massage. It was great. I made an appointment for just a few hours after I called. My back has been hurting for over a week and she was able to work out the tight muscles. Clean no frills place with great prices and a talented massage therapist. I will be returning.
I have been here for at least 4 massages now. Amy is my favorite therapist, and she messages me when she is working at this location because it is so close to my house. The owner (very nice woman) also operates Mirage/Miracle Massage on Edison Rd in Mishawaka. Friendly, professional, and Amy does a great job ironing out the knots she finds.
The spa itself was nothing to write home about, it was the massage that kept me and my partner on repeat visits. Everytime we're in town we make a visit here upon arrival. They're pretty good on their stretching massage and deep tissue massage. I make sure to let my therapist know I expect a firm pressure level.
