These comments go out to Nancy Pacheco, Donna the old lady as you put it asked her employee Val to move you down one chair because I am handicapped and my husband comes in there to get a pedicure with me and to help me out and that is why we sit together. However I think you are the rude one for not having any respect for your elders. Also there was no water running in your tub, so when you write a review, be honest. As for the wine, WE BROUGHT IN and Donna served my husband a glass is because he worked a 60 hour week and was trying to unwind and relax. If I recall we asked you if you wanted a glass, but rudely you refused. Now to address the "Donna good customer list" if Val was taking care of you, you had no business butting into our conversation with Donna. You had to wait a bit that was not Donna's fault but Val's for running behind. You made your appointment a few days in advance, well let me tell you something, we make our appoints every two weeks some times a month in advance. We have been going to the Nail Cottage for over ten years and I think Donna, Val and Lindsay does an excellent job. Nancy it's people like you that give small businesses a bad rap and ruins this countries reputation.
