I have been with Tender Care for over 20 years and three dogs. The staff has changed quite a bit recently but Dr Harris and Cody have consistently been the ones that I work with and see. There have been some very difficult times when I wasn't sure the best course of action and they would refer me to other places if they felt there was more of an expertise needed that they didn't offer (rehab). The pricing is consistent with what you will find anywhere but the online store for getting all of the pet medications and flee and heart guard has sales.
Dr. Harris and her techs (specifically Kaylee and Mandy) have taken SUCH amazing care of my family and our animals for the past several years. I had a 20 year old cat who saw them frequently and they acted like she was a legend each time Chewy was there. I recently had to put her down, and they gave us all the time in the world and were just so kind and caring. They gave us some of her fur in a little jar and even got some of her paw prints for us. I recommend them to everyone- they are hands down the best vet we have EVER worked with. ❤️
I was visiting family and had one of my cats with me. She developed an ear infection and I didn't want to wait four days until I was home to go to my regular vet. Tender Care offered to see her as a drop off and were super friendly and helpful. They took care of my girl, checked to see if I was going to be in town long enough to need a follow up, and made sure I had a copy of the records when I left as well as sending everything to my regular vet. So glad they were able to fit us in! If I lived locally I would definitely become a regular client.
