We have been patients at SBC for 20 plus years. Their customer service has gone downhill since Duly took over. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but things kept getting worse. I finally got away from them and have new doctors elsewhere. The level of care with the new doctors is amazing. I had filed a complaint at SBC about a nurse who was rude and indifferent. They said they would look into it but she is still there. We are so glad to be totally away from S BC.

Dr. Aleem was very smug. I have been waiting for 6 weeks to see a specialist to help me overcome Mold toxicity. Very sick I patiently waited for his experience and expertise. Disappointed to say the least. When I showed him my mycotoxin report he said, "This means nothing to me! " Then suggested I quit eating avocados. He just simply wasn't at the level I was hoping he would be. If you are seriously Ill I would seek someone else. I think he would be good for a rash or something......but even that would be questionable. Unfortunately it made me give a star to make this post......zero wasn't an option!

We have been patients at the South Bend Clinic for 25 plus years. It has been sold to Dupage and now Duly, every aspect of patient care has suffered. Billing is no longer done in South Bend...it is outsourced as is a significant amount of lab work. Recently we have had a serious misdiagnosis through theor urgent care, which cost my daughter the majority of one kidneys function which she will enjoy for the rest of her life. Read the reviews...they tell a fairly complete story. We will no longer use the South Bend Clinic for any of our families care.
