“I give them a 4 star at the location of western because I love the service it was great the 1st day I brought my phone in to get battery replaced only they seen a Crack on the screen and told me some reason the battery wouldn't work unless I get the screen fixed (which doesnt make any sense to me ) so something that could've been fixed at under $100 bucks turned into me spending a little over $200.00 out the door to get my screen and battery fixed which I only originally wanted my battery fixed . The same day I went home the screen completely stopped working . I brought it back immediately the next day , which was a Sunday. Must I mention I encountered 2 different sales man the one I met the 1st day was very professional and got my phone finished for the next day even though he talked me into spening more he was much professional and knew what he was doing and answered the phone everytime I called . The next day Sunday I brought it into get the screen looked back at I was dealing with a different technician , he didn't answer before I came, he seem very less knowledgeable and professional than the 1st guy, he couldn't give me indefinite answers to any of my questions let alone look me in the eyes . I told him to call me if they couldn't fix it Sunday so I can pick it up because I still wanted my phone in my possession before they closed. He stopped answering my calls and I guess the store closed and he didn't listen to the command I gave em I didn't want my phone locked in the store because it was not under repair at all he said he had to wait for the screen to come in and that it may not come in that day so I told him to call me of it Don't go I can pick it , it never came the next day which was MOnday I met the 1st technician he fixed my phone and I did have to wait for the screen to come later that Monday but he called me when it was ready and yeah but over all would I go back ??? Yeah I would. So should you 4 out of 5 ain't bad they got my phone fixed at the end of the day even corrected their errors but still I had some complications in between due to 1 other coworker who couldn't follow instructions“
