“Quite difficult to do the new installation - directions aren’t clear and you need a certain kind of Google email account (not an institutional account, has to be your own individual Gmail) — this was all guesswork. The old version of best much easier. But now the new one is in it works like a charm. Again, more unnecessarily complex than my old one, but fine once you’re used to it!“

“Dr. Craig did an awesome job with my ear plugs. I had a custom set of specific ear plugs made. He did a first appointment for a custom fitment, then a second appointment where he made sure that they fit correctly. He included a warranty and was very helpful with all my questions. I'm sure I'll be back again. This is a great local hearing center and the price was extremely reasonable. I've told many friends about this place.“

“They take good care of me they take good care in knowing what I feel like. How they are so conservative too my needs . How I feel they are always asking me about my thoughts health issues. Any other needs are considered feeling's I have . They are the best they listen to my needs and concerns .“

“I had a sudden complication. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Even though my doctor was out that day the nurse practitioner did an excellent job evaluating my situation. The following day I got a blood test and CT scan very efficiently. My results were done quickly and I’m on my way to my solution. Everyone was kind excellent and professional from the front desk, the nurses, and doctor’s. I’m definitely not the youngest guy anymore. It’s not my first visit to the doctor or the hospital.
