“The sensory deprivation tank is the best combination of body and mind healing. So relaxing and I truly felt like I had one of the best meditations I ever have in there. I was hesitant to do this therapy method because I have anxiety and was terrified of it being dark and closed in but this tank is an oversized enclosure (more like a 8x8 room instead of a pod) and they accommodate to individuals with anxiety by offering a salt lamp so it’s not pitch black. Reasonably priced and well worth it! I would do this weekly if I it wasn’t an hour drive from home. ?“
