This place has provided excellent care, flexible appointment times, and staff is very helpful. I got kicked out of Beacon due to insurance changes, but I have not been disappointed. Soneka, the NP I've seen is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She keeps her appts to 15 mins but they don't feel rushed. I would recommend this location.
The staff is bilingual at the front desk.They have very good patient care communication.And they're very good at getting you in and treated as well.My mom ans sister are patients at this location and they love it.
Not sure why so many negative reviews. I been going there for years and have had no problems. Soneka listens to my concerns, makes good decisions together with me and the staff is friendly, for the most part. They have helped me get my meds when I was zero on cash too. LeAnn is amaaaaaazing! So nice, so helpful. I'll keep going there for sure.
