Arely assisted me with an appointment that I need badly! She reached out to a patient to see if they were coming for their appointment and lucky the patient rescheduled which allowed me to get in! Arely definitely went above and beyond! I deeply appreciate her for that.
First of all I love all my Doctors and everyone in the office is polite and professional. They go out their way to make you feel important as if they know you directly. They Care about your health plan and that's a plus.
I absolutely love it here. Dr. Soneka and Dr. Obert always are attentive to my concerns. So I feel heard. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and super helpful. Even the MAs are great.
