She was exhausted after a long flight and has difficulty doing her own hair. Pat opened her shop an hour and a half earlier than expected to accommodate my mother. It was such a relief and peace of mind that I knew she was in good hands with a loving, caring person when I couldn’t be by her side to help her. They never complained when my mom (who is very picky about hair) had hers redone like five times (it looked great the first time, she's just picky). Some girls wanted their hair professionally done, but had shorter pixie cuts and didn't need much styling, so they charged a bit less than the longer, more intense hairstyles.
