Great clips is an extremely convenient way to get a quick, reasonably priced simple hair cut. The notes the keep on each customer's preferences allow for surprisingly strong consistency across stylists, and their on-line scheduling minimizes wait times. There are few extras (e g. no included shampoo service), but if you want efficient, reliable, friendly service this is a great option.
Always a great experience here. All the stylists are friendly and highly skilled. Asala was my stylist this time and she always gives a great haircut with pleasant conversation. I always recommend Great Clips!
My experience at this location is often hit or miss. I usually ask for Katie, as she is a wonderful stylist who takes the time and effort to connect with her clients and gain a strong understanding of the haircut they’re wanting. Today, I didn’t ask to be seen by her because I didn’t know she was at work. The hairstylist who did my hair today immediately seemed irritable on calling me up, did not bother to look over the notes from my previous visits, and was not being very patient in listening to what I said I was wanting (a bang trim, same as my last visit).
