First Merchants South Bend Commercial Lending Center

Worst bank to ever deal with. Instead of finding different ways to help customers, they make it so inconvenient for the customer JUST to get account information. I've worked at other financial institutions for almost a total of 4 years and would never dream of making it almost nearly impossible to even get an account balance over the phone for someone. Instead I'm told I have to go in branch all because of ONE thing I do not have one file???? I was never ONCE told that I was needing this particular thing one file and had been in the bank many times before and they never said anything.
