He explained his process thoroughly, so I had a full expectation of the job ahead. He was methodical, professional and cautious about cleanliness. Rodding is a dirty job, however TJ took every precaution to ensure not to contaminate the surrounding area. He contained the mess to a small area he had covered with plastic.
