When I came in for my consultation, Cindy greeted me, did my consultation and informed me I was not a candidate for lasik, but explained, in depth, the ICL surgery that I did qualify for. I was absolutely EXCITED, and wanted to hear all about it. Cindy blew me away with how much knowledge she had on the procedure. I left my consultation with happy tears in my eyes that FINALLY I could get my vision corrected. I was nervous, but so excited at the same time. When I came in for my final appointment before surgery for my lens fitting, I got to meet Dr. Richard Boling. I am over the moon with the Elkhart location. The staff is outstanding. I have a 4 year old who scratched her eye last week and it was infected, she’s never seen an eye doctor. I called Boling vision and they not only saw her the same day but were phenomenal! The staff was amazing even the cafe was amazing. We couldn’t have asked or even expected any better. Huge shout out to Dr. Rielly and her staff. You should all be very proud. Keep up the good work!
Dr. Layman and Keshia came into the ND office after-hours to help me with what turned out to be a burned-off layer of my cornea, which resulted from chemicals that got into my eyes after a visit to a hair salon the night before. Dr. Layman and Keshia were compassionate and professional…I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you both for being there for me and prescribing medication to help heal my eyes.
