Beacon Occupational Health South Bend

I arrived at noon on a Thursday and the waiting room was totally empty. I checked in and filled out my paperwork with one of the receptionist at the front (she had long dark brown hair), she was honestly less than friendly, but I just kept being polite and upbeat, she didn’t really give me many instructions so I asked a few questions since I’ve never been drug tested or used their facility before, her answers were short and she seemed a little annoyed by my questions. This has to be the absolutely worst medical facility. I came in for a simple urine test at 7 o’clock this morning still sitting here 2 1/2 hours later these people couldn’t care less or more slowly if they tried. If you have any choice to go somewhere else go somewhere else do not use this horrific place.

Incredibly slow. I've been waiting 2 hours for a simple drug screen. Only one person taken to the back that whole time. Many people waiting who are obviously in discomfort from having to hold for so long. Everyone here appears to have an "I don't care" attitude. I have better things I need to be doing.
Over 3 hours now... still waiting. Only 5 people here now. Don't understand what could possibly be taking so long. This is unacceptable. Going to call my prospective employer and see if they can send me some place else.
