Was on a waiting list for Whirlpool 'board' replacement for 3+ weeks. Ace was able to secure a 'board' from another person who had a 'loaner' washer to repair mine! THANK YOU to that individual!! Our upright freezer started running warm and Dennis was able come out the next day after I called. I was very pleased since I have been trying to work quickly to save as much food as I can.
Unfortunately, it wasn't repairable, but he was so helpful explaining what was wrong with it and what brands to buy and what to look for in a replacement one. We also have an older fridge that freezes the fresh produce and he was very helpful answering my questions about whether to repair or replace it and what to look for in a new one.
I will definitely call him next time we need an appliance repaired.
