You won't find a more caring and professional staff. Took my dog, Milo, in for lameness and lethargy not knowing they are appointment only. Robin took one look at him and despite them being short staffed and fully booked, she went back and talked to Dr. Kays and within 15 minutes we were being seen. After an exam and blood test it was determined he had been exposed to Lyme disease. They gave us a couple medications with clear instructions and answers for all my questions. After a few hours he was no longer limping and had regained alot of his normal spunk. Thank you Robin, Dr. Kays and Mike!

Love this place. Dr. Brooke is amazing. She's informative and respectful of her patients' opinions. He staff is also top-notch with my babies. I like the convenience of online pharmacy and the ability to compound for special needs.
Shankster has taken care of our septic since we've lived in our home. They are always prompt, courteous, and very reasonable on pricing. I work with them as we live a good distance from the shop in Silver Lake and they always come out and you can barely tell they've been here. I've worked with both Jon and Jeremy and would recommend both of those guys as they are always friendly and tell me all the information I need to know to make sure the septic is working and operating correctly. I've also talked with Steven before about a couple of things and again, always friendly, courteous and shares all relevant information needed.
