Tanning in Shelbyville

“I found this studio through Instagram when I saw them post about their special event, Puppy Yoga. I thought this seemed like a good time, so my sister and I chose to go to the 11am session. We were warmly greeted at the door and instructed to take our shoes off and find a spot for our mats. The instructor/owner did have mats available if you don't have your own! Since this was a special event and there were cute little puppies running around, we didn't do a ton of actual yoga (fine by everyone in the class!). But from the yoga we did do, the owner was very knowledgeable and created a welcoming, safe space for exercise. The owner even walked around to get to know everyone during the class. The studio is on the smaller side, leading to smaller classes which I think is a plus. It was also decorated nicely and clean. I would recommend for regular yoga sessions and also any unique events being put on!“
