I made a terrible mistake about this company, and I’m trying to right a wrong. I got angry because I didn’t understand the billing.. I’ve had 2 other companies in my home to do work, and I am not impressed by them.. this is a solid company to do business with..
I'm super impressed with Joshua with Pierce-Tucker Heating Cooling & Plumbing, my parents Danny and Terri Kennedy Conway called him desperate when their air conditioning unit quit working on one of the hottest days of the season, when they called they were told he was pretty busy and he may not be able to get to them right away, but it was less than an hour and he showed up. He got them taken care of quickly, efficiently, and at the right price. They were more than pleased! He gained a whole family of new customers because of how well he treated our parents. Thank you so much, we will be recommending you to everyone we know!
Very thankful for quick and prompt response to my call on a Sunday to get us scheduled in a timely manner(the very next day). Josh worked quickly and efficiently fixed our air issues! So thankful for his quick and hard work! Looking forward to having Pierce-Tucker scheduled for our future maintenance appointments.
