My husband took my 14 year old daughter to get contacts for the first time and was told the doctor had to put the contacts in her eyes for the first time. After a few attempts, asked if my daughter could try on her own and was told no. Was not able to get contacts or a prescription because the doctor was not able to put the contacts in my daughter's eyes.
When I called to ask how the effectiveness of the contact exam was determined by who put the contacts in, I was told it was essentially a time issue. Friendly staff, great appointment reminding and communication tools, minimum waiting time in the lobby area, the lady Dr. is nice. I wish their offered glasses prices were more affordable.

I've never had nothing but good experiences each time I've had an appointment everyone has always been nice and helpful and everything has moved pretty fast for me even when getting set up to order my new glasses the lady made sure I stayed within my budget and I got exactly what I needed.
