For those who always complain about upselling, everyone does that, that's how it works. If that's your issue, go elsewhere, but they will do the same thing. I have never had an issue with Midwest Eye Care!
My husband took my 14 year old daughter to get contacts for the first time and was told the doctor had to put the contacts in her eyes for the first time. After a few attempts, asked if my daughter could try on her own and was told no. Was not able to get contacts or a prescription because the doctor was not able to put the contacts in my daughter's eyes. When I called to ask how the effectiveness of the contact exam was determined by who put the contacts in, I was told it was essentially a time issue. The doctor didn't have time to let my daughter try and put the contacts in her eyes. I am extremely disappointed. This is just unacceptable. She wasn't even given an opportunity to try on her own, she was just dismissed. Not acceptable. People should be worth your time.
awesome staff...explain everything you need to know...and if you don't understand....they will help you understand....glad I found this place
