I have been going to Dr Tavel in Shelbyville for years. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I went in and saw Abby at the counter. She has the best customer service and she is very knowledgeable about the products, insurance, and services. Welcome back Abby! You were missed!

I am very satisfied with Dr Tavel in Shelbyville Indiana. I recently went in and Abbie helped me picks a pair of frames out. Then a few shorts weeks later my glasses were in but let me tell you that I have a very strong prescription that makes the lense pretty thick but she helped me explore options and my lenses are so thin now that you can’t tell that I even have a strong prescription I recommend Dr Tavel to anyone.
I went for my annual exam and there was no change, so that was good news. The lady helping me with the pre-exam was very patient when I couldn't get my eyes to stay open for the puff of air. The doctor was very calm and reassuring. I recommend Dr. Tavel in Shelbyville.
