My 2 year old son hurt his elbow on a Friday evening and we took him in to be looked at. All the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to him. They offered popsicles and coloring supplies while we waited for only a short time. After a few more visits and an X-ray throughout the weekend we were able to figure out the issue. John Houston was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process and even called on Monday to see how he was doing. You can tell he definitely cares about his patients! We will definitely be back if we need an urgent care!
While it was a long visit, I was impressed with the calm and kindness showed in the midst of what was obvious adversity. They were obviously short handed, but Henry brought it up themselves. Never made excuses or complained. That type of attitude is infectious.
First Care was very professional. I did have a long wait , but they kept me informed. I went home and they told me what time to come back. I still waited awhile. They explained to me they had a few emergencies. Once I got to the back the wait was short. They were apologetic about the wait. I felt I was examined thoroughly. I felt the appropriate questions were asked as well as the tests that they did on me. I felt their diagnosis is probably accurate and I think I recieved the proper medications for my symptoms and diagnosis.
