We called Forrest to look at some trees that needed sprayed for a fungus. He came over the same day and assessed our needs. The next day the tree was sprayed. Fast, friendly and reliable.
Brought in a pool water sample for testing. They reviewed the results and sold me only what I needed instead of what the "program" said was needed. They are always good about that and very helpful. They also installed my pool liner last year and this year I had issues with the liner falling off in one spot and they came and repaired it.
We just used Royalty for our fourth or fifth reroof for an existing building. Dealing with the company is a dream, always have terrific folks handling projects. Had an issue with our refrigerator ice maker. I called Murphy that morning, left a message, he called back not more than an hour later and ended up being able to come earlier than schedule. In less than an hour he diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and left. So far no more leaks and our ice maker is behaving better than before! Really appreciated his quick support. Will be using his services again if needed in future.

I. March of 2024 our home burnt down… the first place I went was Home Depot for containers to put what we found in the aftermath. Our home was rebuilt… all from Home Depot… then last night in the final stages of the renovation we my children and I find a whole new home and a fully decorated Christmas tree with a welcome home mat and the most beautiful card. I have been emotional about this whole process but Home Depot made this home! We can not say thank you enough to the Pros and to the staff and everyone!
