Louie is a talented (which is an understatement) tattoo artist. He always takes my ideas and has created such beautiful pieces for me. He is very detailed in his work and has an eye for creativity. I have many tattoos from him and will continue to get more. That being said, I will only go to Louie for tattoos. He’s the best!!
I've gotten multiple tattoos there in the past couple months and plan on going back for more very soon. I love LowBrow! Great quality, Great people, Great location and great jams to listen to while getting tatted! 10/10 highly recommend coming here for sure!
