From the moment I walk in the door until the moment I have just left, I feel that every person in that office takes pride and joy in their work and genuinely wants the best for me as their patient. Given the location of the office (and how beautifully it is decorated), I was concerned before my first visit that I would encounter judgment for my dental problems or an elitist attitude. The exact opposite was true. I have gone to the office looking a “work from home“ mess as well as looking my professional best, and I am treated with the same kind, welcoming, and understanding attitude each time. The only downside is it seems the word is out and there can be long waits for appointments, but I believe additional staff is being hired. If it’s not an emergency, It’s worth the wait in any case.“

They got me in within 24 hours of my call, identified the fact that the screw to implant was loose at my appointment, removed filling in crown, tightened screw, refilled and sent me on my way.
