HIGH PRAISE FOR "BITS & BYTES COMPUTER REPAIR"! It's refreshing to find a business that goes the extra mile! The owner, Brad, is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Moreover, he's a great person. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and he operates his business by the Golden Rule. He's a good listener, and truly goes the extra mile to help you. He's very thoughtful in providing options to meet your needs. He's also good at explaining technical things in a way that make sense. (I dont think my other review posted so I'm gonna brag on these guys again)My favorite quality about these guys is that they are honest. The first time I called them, I had just built a custom pc and had a gpu that was apparently doe. They were willing and able to help me pinpoint that the gpu was the issue over the phone. The second time, I was having more gpu issues with the replacement so I actually took my pc to their shop. I ended up just returning the gpu and going back to another brand, but they ran diagnostics and updated some drivers for me anyways.I was probably one of their more frustrating customers (haha) but they remained helpful and polite the entire time....read full review

These guys go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I bought a MacBook pro from them. This was my very first Mac. I didn't like the MacBook as much as I thought I would. They swapped out the MacBook for a windows laptop without any issues. Also gave the cash back for the difference in price. I wasn't even asking for that. 100% will be back.
