William is a one man show and owner of southern indiana pest control. He is better than 5 people. We were getting a VA loan and black diamond did our home inspection. They made sure to put what they needed on report to make us have to buy a termite system and the wrong and more expensiveone. Anything to make more money because they knew now we had to for the closing. We called william for a 2nd opinion. We has a small spot on the largest beam from a bore beetle and there was no evidence of termites or any active bugs. William installed the right termite system and cost us half of black diamond.
