First off, USE ANY OTHER BUILDER AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF. We have had some items repaired, so its not 100%, but every day that goes by there is more wrong with the home. The quality of products and workmanship that is used is lacking to say the least. Doors and windows will be drafty almost immediately. One room of our house is always 10-20 degress warmer or cooler than the rest and it is deemed as "normal" deviation by their so-called warranty. We have had additional insulation added to attic (supposedly over that room) to find out there's a section that's not even accessible that has little to no insulation and that's where all of our hot/cool air is escaping...read full review

Not a good place to buy a home. We have been here 9 months. Find an issue every day. Complaints go to deaf ears. If you buy have your own inspector throughly check your house. Do NOT trust Bill or Joe still waiting for the warranty guy to fix our problems.Examples of issues: bad windows, lack of insulation, cold rooms, painting not completed etc. Don’t care attitude.
