We have used Modern Heating and Cooling multiple times in the last 10 years and recently had a new A/C and Heating system installed at our daughters home, and had previously gotten a new system in our home. Our experience has been nothing but wonderful, the entire staff is always courteous, arrives on time, and explains what the issue is and most cost effect solution. We would never go anywhere else for our cooling and heating needs.

We had a great experience. AJ came out in a couple days after our call and checked things out. Our a /c motor was blown, our furnace was 24 years old so we decided to replace them both.The price was good. Jim and Arron came out and installed both in a few hours.
