Craig the electrician arrived on time first thing in the morning in fact and had to replace a couple outlets in my bedroom/office. He was very descriptive on what he was doing, and he even recommended not to use multi prong plugs as they can cause electrical fires. He replaced the damaged outlets in a timely manner and I was impressed with his work. He was literally in and out of my house within 45 minutes.
