“Ms. Sue is always friendly and really knows what she is doing.. i brought in all 5 of my suits at the same time after washing them in my washing machine for a year,practically ruining them;they were completely soiled but she revived them and had me looking like a million bucks! She even gave me some great advice about how to get a long life out of my suits by caring for them regularly. She is soo nice! I recommend her services to Anyone! Prices not bad either! I feel like they're reasonable!“

“Such a great cleaners! From dry cleaning to rug washing this place is great! I dropped off a Canada goose down coat last week for cleaning and was helped by Juan. The prices were super fair and he even explained to me how it would be cleaned to help reassure me since it’s a pricy coat. To my surprise, I was notified the very next day that it was ready for pick up. Came in and was shocked at the results! I think the coat looks better now than when I bought it! Even the fur ! I don’t think there’s a better cleaners in all of NWI! Seriously great service from pick up to drop off! My only complaint is that I wish I would’ve discovered this place sooner!“

“I remember in the early 1960s my father took his pants here every week...parked out front and sent me and my brother in....they gave free lollipops... don't know if they do anymore....but a few years later my dad switched to the old Norge Village that used to be in Almar Plaza...no lollipops. There used to be a Gulf Oil station next to Charm Cleaners. I remember they had a big handwritten sign out front that said "white gas." Must have been there till at least 1965, because I could not read before then. I thought it meant that their gas was white. Did not realize till years later that it meant that they did not serve "coloreds". But Magnusson's Standard across the street did not discriminate. I think South Holland was still a "sundown town" back then.“
